MISSOULA – The Granite girls volleyball team earned a hard-fought victory from the Eagles of Valley Christian Tuesday night in four sets, 26-24, 20-25, 25-20, 25-19. The win leaves the Lady Prospectors at 4-1.

“We had our ups and downs,” said junior Gretchen Hill, “but in the end we came out strong. We have a lot of work to do but we plan on getting better and working together.”
It was a match highlighted by team play as three of the five stat categories had dual leaders. Annabelle Locke and Ella Tallon each had two digs, Tallon and Rachel Ward split assists with four apiece and Tallon and Asha Comings had five service aces each.
