Breakfast Spot Opening on Broadway

PHILIPSBURG - A new breakfast option is coming to Philipsburg.

Starting June 14th, early risers and commuters will have the convenient option of handheld, travel-easy breakfast foods and hot coffee at the old Wilson building at 136 West Broadway. Located between Live Montanably and Flint Creek Outdoors, Porter’s Corner Cafe will serve breakfast and lunch between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., Tuesdays through Saturdays.

The Cafe’s chef, Gina Jendusa, a Philipsburg resident of 4 years, has been cooking and baking at the restaurant level for the last decade. Inspired by European comfort foods, her cooking philosophy is heavily centered on cooking from scratch and supporting local agriculture.

On the menu, you’ll find staples such as breakfast sandwiches on homemade sourdough and biscuits, biscuits and gravy, handheld crepes, as well as classic eggs and bacon.

Porter’s Corner Cafe will begin serving the community on their Grand Opening June 14th, from 7AM to 4PM, on Tuesdays through Saturdays. Customers will be able to eat in at the counter, watching and taking in the delicious smells from the open kitchen, or take their food with them to their worksite or whatever outdoor adventure awaits them.

Porter's Corner Cafe is looking for community-focused and food-loving individuals to fill all positions. Please email Gina at gjendusa@gmail.com to inquire!
