Young Trojans drop both ends of weekend set
DRUMMOND – The Trojan boys dropped a pair of games this weekend, falling to Seeley Swan Friday and Sheridan Saturday.
In Friday’s loss to the Blackhawks, Drummond stayed close through the first period but allowed the visitors to stretch out an advantage over the middle two periods that they could not overcome before game’s end.
“Boys played a good game,” said DHS Head Coach Levi Parsons. “We rebounded well, mixed the defense up on them, and really hustled. We just still are struggling a little offensively. But overall we are headed in the right direction.”
Juniors Ethan Parke and Alex Hauptman led the scoring attack with 11 points each, while Leyton Wagner and Wyatt Rigby each chipped in seven.
