Lady Prospectors roll past Wildcats on the road

HARRISON – The Granite volleyball team advanced to 2-0 on the year with a straight set win over Harrison-Willow Creek Friday night.

"Games early in the season always give us good areas to work on,” said GHS Head Coach Jennifer Graham. “Setting the tone and being a cohesive unit are the main focus as we being conference play. We are looking forward to the Manhattan Tournament tomorrow and then having four days of practice to really dig in and work on what we need to work on."

Amelia Hill led the Lady Prospectors with nine kills and a block with Shelby Struna dishing out 12 assists. Audrey Radtke had six service aces to lead the team while Alexis Phillips added four digs in defense.

Granite and Drummond will both be at the Manhattan Christian Tournament tomorrow on the road.
