GCMC offering sports physicals for Fall season

PHILIPSBURG – Athletes looking toward the 2022 Fall Season will want to take advantage of the Granite County Medical Center sports physicals.

The wellness exams and sports physicals will be offered by appointment at the Philipsburg and Drummond Clinics. Appointments cane be made May 18th from 3-7 p.m. and will cost just $20.

School athletic programs require a pre-participation physical examination to evaluate a student-athlete’s general health, fitness level, risk of injury and physical well-being. A sports physical allows a medical provider to identify any conditions that might keep an athlete out of the game or affect performance.
