Darby limiting fans at Friday night’s game versus Flint Creek

DARBY – The Tigers are still in lock down at their athletic contests, limiting fan access to its game against Flint Creek Friday Night.

According to Darby Athletic Director JP McCrossin, the Titans will be issued two tickets per rostered player. Spectators are required to have a ticket to enter. Masks are required on school grounds and social distancing will be emphasized. Upon entry, each spectator will pay the entry fee, sign in and have their temperature taken.

McCrossin also noted that there will be no concessions so fans need to remain their team’s side of the field.

The game itself will be a key one for the Titans (5-0/6-0), as they currently are ranked No. 1 in the Western Division of 8-Man Football ahead of Thompson Falls (7-0/7-0). Flint Creek holds the edge in the tie-breaker, which is winning margin against common opponents. After the tally, the Titans hold an 18-point margin over the Blue Hawks going into Friday night.

While Flint Creek is playing at Darby (1-5/1-5), Thompson Falls will be at Charlo (5-1/5-1). The Vikings are currently No. 3 in the division ahead of No. 4 Clark Fork (5-2/5-2).
