AmeriCorps, Safeway team to feed families over Thanksgiving

DRUMMOND - AmeriCorps and the Safeway in Deer Lodge have teamed up to provide five Drummond area families with a Thanksgiving feats this holiday season.

Camille Gianaris, AmeriCorps worker at Drummond Schools this year, helped orchestrate the meals through Safeway manager Cameron Gill. The coordinated effort means that these families will have something to be thankful for come Thursday's celebratory meal.

Camille and AmeriCorps hope to be able to bless more families in the future through this endeavor and the Crock Pot Meal program.
