Annual 3-on-3 tournament cancelled
DRUMMOND – The Annual 3-on-3 tournament sponsored by the Drummond Booster Club was officially cancelled Wednesday morning.
Darcy Schindler, organizer of the event and a teacher at Drummond High School, told the Flint Creek Courier that the tournament had to be cancelled due to a lack of entries. As of Wednesday only 11 teams had filed their paperwork. In past seasons the event has had upwards of 40 or more teams in a variety of age groupings from elementary through high school age players.
